Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at trio@trioautomotive.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which will be required to process your return.  Products must be returned in new/unopened and resalable condition (original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc). 

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect or defective item.

 

Trio Automotive Inc. reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit applied to your trioautomotive.com account. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

Returns on non-stocking items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product due to an error in our listing, please contact us at trio@trioautomotive.com within 30 days of recieving the parts to obtain an RMA number. We will investigate the cause of the problem and in the event that it is an error of Trio Automotive Inc. we will take necessary action to correct the issue in a promply manner.
