Products must be returned in new/unopened and resalable condition (original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect or defective item.

Trio Automotive Inc. reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit applied to your trioautomotive.com account. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

Returns on non-stocking items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

A detailed description with clear pictures of the issue will be required during the warranty review process. All products (damaged and working) must be returned to Trio Automotive.
